Mike was writing something for his blog when he heard something come in through the mail slot, he went downstairs to fetch it.
"no return address, odd"
he opened it and found a simple CD nothing else, the graphic on the disc looked somewhat like an old medieval map, but it didn't look like any landmass he had seen.
he took it upstairs and set it on his desk then returned to his work, he would check what it was when he was done

Adrianne lay on her bed, bored.

Zexion sat listening to his parents read him the riot act. I MESS UP 1 ****ING TIME AND I GET GROUNDED FOR TWO ****ING MONTHS?! SO I TRIED TO CLIMB IN MY FRIEND'S WINDOW AFTER CURFEW HE INVITED ME OVER WITH HIS PARENTS' PERMISSION!!!

Mike finished up and posted up what he was working on, then took a look at the bottom of the disc over the rims of his glasses

Zexion got up at the end of it. He wasn't allowed to leave the house he was allowed on the computer but not out of the house. weeeeeellllll that was.....different than I expected......

Mike shrugged and slipped it into his computer, he put on his headset(he liked the quality he could get out of headphones )and straithened his webcam (OCD moment)
he went through the installation screens and the screen went dark, it asked for a username and he put it what he always uses for the internet, Noah Slyze.

Zexion grabbed some coffee and went upstairs to his room.

Mike was surprised when the screen when the box disappeared, he could hear his computer thinking it over, he was expecting maybe a character design menu to come up or something, he wiggled the mouse then heard on odd static coming out of the headphones
it rose in volume at the same time that his webcam stared emitting a light that was shining in his face.
Mike didn't know exactly what he was feeling but if he could have described it right then and there he would have said he felt like he was being torn apart into byte sized chunks

Zexion looked over his computer and saw a new program "Damn it Axel stop putting things on my computer."

the next thing he knew Mike was in some forest next to a river. he splashed the water in his face and noticed hos glasses were gone. he looked at his reflection and saw that his hair and eyes had changed too, for all intensive per purposes, he looked like some sort of ninja
"odd, i don't think Ninja's wore this light a purple...."

(they could have! XD it would make them less noticeable because they be looking for dark figures in a forest.)

Zexion clicked it and typed in a username. "hmmmm" He gulped down his coffee and looked as the screen went all matrix-ish.

Mike wondered where he was and he froze, he felt like he was delving into his mind and a map showed up in his mind's eye, he saw a flashing splotch that he assumed was the area he was in. it also showed a path running through and an arrow representing him. he panicked a bit and wanted to leave this map, and he did
"i guess i follow that path...." he walked up it and saw a sign, it read: "Foja Town >", "i guess lets check out this town then"

Zexion watched as his computer flashed Access Granted. He watched a beam come from his tower's ON light.
