Official RPG thread!!!!!!

Zexion waited until the end of school to finally get the new game out.

Mike sits in his room tinkering with a new computer program he's working on

The bell rings and Zexion walks to the video game store... just to get in there... first and buy the first copy of the game.

a pop up window appears on Mike's screen, it is covered in code
"what the? this looks like a program for some sort of 3-D map....."
his webcam turns on without him knowing and his computer starts downloading something.....

Zexion gets home and puts the game on his computer, "Hmmmm this game is supposed to be the latest in virtual reality gaming where's the thing for it?"

Mike tries to close the windows on his computer, but there are no Xs
"well whatever it is i guess i can delete it later when its done"
Mike grabs a piece of paper and continues his work on a drawing.
"ah, if only my fantasies could become reality........."

Zexion looked around as the screen to his computer lit up saying: Welcome to *enter game name here*

the loading bar on Mike's screen completes, and it goes blank
"what the?"
a simple text box appears in the middle of the screen, asking him to insert a name
"i guess i'll use what i always use online"
Mike types in "Noah Slyler" and hits [enter]
his webcam shines a light out onto his face
"what the-"
Mike slowly dissolves into data as it flows into the webcam...........

Zexion noticed a box that said Enter name here and he typed in his name and hit [enter] he was dissolved into data through his headset microphone. "WHAT THE-?!"

He wakes up in a town and looks around. He looked exactly the same as in real life.

Mike wakes up and finds himself in what looks like woods, but the trees are massive.
"what the? where am I?"

Mike puts a hand to his forehead and notices something, it has 3 fingers, and is a dark purple. he looks himself over and sees that he is entirely purple.
"this....this looks just like my character.......but if so.....where are his wings?"

Mike notices a rib like structure running down his forearm. he feels it and it flicks out, in surprise he stumbles back. a dark membrane then fills in the space to form a wing
"i guess that answers my question"

Mike plays around with his thoughts and finds similar structures on his feet too.
"this is so weird, i guess i better find out where i am"

Mike flicks out the wings on his arms and starts walking through the forest

In the town there is a fountain and four roads leading out of it. The North road leads to a forest, The East road leads into a desert, The South road leads to the mountains, and the West road leads down a long winding pathway towards the sea. The only paved roads are the Desert and Sea road.

Mike comes to a bunch of trees that grew so close together that he can't wriggle between them
"now how do i get......through....here...."

as he says that it dawns on him. he climbs the trees and stands at the top, in the distance he sees the towers and spires of a town. he spreads his arms and falls out of the tree face first

the wings on his legs flip out and he catches the wind, from there he flies
"i can't believe that worked!"

Zexion looked up and saw something in the air, "What is that?"

A man standing next to him spoke, "I don't know."

"Hmmm who are you?"

"Todd's my name. Sweeney Todd."

Mike glides over the trees swooping in the air
"hhhm....do i dare? yeah!"

Mike retracts the wings on his legs and pulls back his arms going into a dive

((Sorry listening to all the songs from that movie in order. Plus one of the "quests" is investigating disappearences on Fleet Street. Actually had that planned out before I listened to Sweeney Todd.))

[doesn't matter, just move along.......don't......start....singing]

"Nah just kidding. Anthony's my name." The man said

"wait, how would i stop?........oh shi-aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahh!"

Mike slams into the ground not far from the edge of town

Zexion walked towards where the thing crashed, "What the hell? it's a person?"

Mike gets up and shakes the dust off of him, it doesn't do much, so he swings his arms down, creating a cyclone to blow it off of him

Zexion gets hit with the wind, "HEY!! Idiot who can fly!!!"

Mike glances over to him
"what?"

"Well first off you don't know how to fly. Second look around before you crash you should've crashed in the fountain"

"hey, how would you know? i'm the one with the wings here"

"Yeah but I know enough to tell you if you try going straight up you'll fall from losing aerodinamics"
